Rotary Club of Cebu Port Centre (RCCPC) proudly supports the ongoing District 3860 Bloodletting Activity hosted by the Rotary Club of Cebu South. Representing RCCPC are President Francis Walter Ong, Assistant Governor Nestor Toledo, DITO Jeffrey Philip Tan, Director Clark Byron Gothong, and Director Robert Barquilla.
