The best way to begin a new Rotary year is by bringing hope to the hearts of children. Today, the Rotary Club of Cebu Port Centre (RCCPC) joined our fellow Area 1 Rotary Clubs in celebrating “Rotary New Year with Children” at SOS Children’s Village Cebu.
