Digital Magazine Copies

To all Club Presidents and Secretaries, make sure to immediately share the digital copy of the Magazine to subscribers in your club.

Magazine Subscription

Effective January 1, 2022, your Philippine Rotary Magazine will be distributed digitally and will require all Rotary Clubs to submit details of each club member receiving a subscription. As mandated by Rotary International, as a prerequisite for continuing membership in a Rotary Club, all Rotarians must subscribe to the Rotary Magazine (published by R.I.) or a regional Rotary magazine and the prescribed regional magazine for the Philippines is the Philippine Rotary Magazine.
Also effective January 1, 2022, the new subscription rates are P300/year or P150/semester for the PRM Digital Edition. If you decide to receive a printed copy of the PRM, the subscription rate is P800/year or P400/semester.
On this page, you may register yourself into the Philippine Rotary Magazine platform to enable you to receive the digital copies either through the website or through your PRM Mobile App (Spaces by Wix.app).
Authorized representatives of each Rotary Club (normally the current President of the club unless we are informed of additional authorized representatives) may submit the roster of club members and their subscription information. This will allow us to authorized the distribution of digital copies as well as enable the billing of subscription fees to the club.

If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us!

Subscription Guidelines

  1.  Subscription to a Rotary magazine is mandatory for every Rotarian. Therefore, total subscription should be equal to the number of members reported to RI per semester. Any lacking subscription will be billed to the club.

  2. The Club accomplishes the PRM Subscription Form and submits it to the PRM office on or before designated cut-off dates.
July to December subscription due every July 31
January to June subscription due every January 31

  3. PRM bills the Club according to the subscription choice as indicated in the subscription form. It is the responsibility of the club to collect the subscription fees of its members and remit the same to the PRM Office.

  4. All active clubs not subscribed to international magazine are considered as fully subscribed to DIGITAL COPIES of the monthly magazine, until such time that clubs formally submit a duly accomplished subscription form indicating the number of PRINT COPIES which will be applied prospectively starting on the month following its submission.

  5. The Club pays the subscription fees of the members to the following bank account
    Philippine Rotary Magazine Foundation, Inc.
    BPI Visayas Avenue Branch
    Account No.: 3371-0064-93

The Club should provide its Rotary Club ID number to the bank as bank reference number. After depositing, the club should email immediately to the PRM office at office@philrotary.com the copy of the validated deposit slip. This will ensure proper updating of the payment in the PRM records.
Deadlines for payment are as follows:
For July-December subscription - no later than December 31
For January-June subscription - no later than June 30

  6. Unpaid subscription dues of the Club remains to be the obligation of the Club regardless of the term they were incurred. Any payment received subsequently will be applied first to the arrears and the remaining to the current account, if any.

  7. For the delivery of the monthly issue:
    a. Print copies - to be delivered in bulk for free to the Club President or his/her designated alternate recipient of the printed copies (e.g. Club Secretary or any Club Officer) as indicated in the form. The Club President or the designated alternate recipient shall have the responsibility to distribute the copies to its members.
    b. Digital copies - to be delivered via the “Official PRM Community” on both Viber and WhatsApp.
Clubs must send the list of club members with their respective Viber and WhatsApp number(s)
using the template from the PRM office so the members can be added to the “Official PRM
Community”. Make sure that members have created the Viber and WhatsApp accounts on their devices to be able to access the magazine.

  8. Clubs may face suspension and termination by RI for non-subscription and non-payment of magazine subscriptions.

  9. For concerns/inquiries, you may reach us via email at office@philrotary.com, call us at (02)8332.5729 or Viber message at +639164786570.
