Rotary Club of Cebu Port Centre at PELS-SELS 2025

The Rotary Club of Cebu Port Centre actively participated in the PELS-SELS 2025 (Presidents-Elect and Secretaries-Elect Learning Seminar) at BAI Hotel, Mandaue City. This important Rotary District 3860 event, held from April 3-4, 2025, equips incoming leaders with the knowledge and skills to lead their clubs effectively.
