RCCPC Celebrates Carl Tanjay’s Achievement as Top Delegate at RYLA 2025

On behalf of the officers, members, and spouses of the Rotary Club of Cebu Port Centre (RCCPC), we proudly extend our warmest congratulations to you for being recognized as the Top 1 Outstanding Delegate in your team during the Rotary Youth Leadership Awards (RYLA) held last April 25–27, 2025 at Dottie’s Place, Butuan City, hosted by Rotary International District 3860.
