RC CPC Makes a Courtesy Visit to PRC Regional Director Narcival Z. Taquiqui

This morning, the Rotary Club of Cebu Port Centre led by President Francis Walter Ong, together with PDG Antonio Florendo, AG Antonio Tan Jr., Sps. Marz Tan, and IPP Kit Daleon, paid a courtesy visit to PRC Region VII Regional Director Mr. Narcival Z. Taquiqui.

The meeting focused on preparations for the Rotaplast International Cebu Medical Mission 2026, where we are seeking special clearance for our U.S. volunteer surgeons and medical team to operate here in the Philippines.

This mission, now on its 21st year, continues to provide free reconstructive surgery for children with cleft lip and cleft palate, giving hope, dignity, and new beginnings to families across the region.

We extend our heartfelt gratitude to Director Taquiqui for his time, support, and openness to partnership.

With PRC’s guidance, we look forward to another successful humanitarian mission that will transform lives—one smile at a time.
