RC Cebu Port Centre Rotarians: Exploring Vietnam, Building Bridges, Creating Impact
A journey becomes more meaningful when it goes beyond discovering new places and becomes an opportunity to build relationships, strengthen partnerships, and create possibilities for service.
The club brought its spirit of “People of Action” to Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, combining fellowship and exploration with a meaningful mission: to seek a potential sister club and open new doors for international collaboration.
While enjoying the vibrant culture, beautiful sights, and rich heritage of Vietnam, our Rotarians were privileged to meet Past President and Assistant Governor John Bayarong of the Rotary Club of Saigon International, a valuable opportunity to connect, exchange ideas, and explore possibilities for future Rotary cooperation.
Representing RCCPC were Assistant Secretary Robert Barquilla, Treasurer Philip Maguicay, International Service Director Daryll Abay-abay, Sergeant-at-Arms & Protocol Officer Jason Celestino, Vocational Service Director Marlon Pajulas, Service Project Director Bobby Adan, and Rotarian Rodesson Yu.
This Vietnam journey reminds us that Rotary is more than fellowship and friendship, it is about turning connections into collaboration and collaboration into service.
From Cebu to Ho Chi Minh, RCCPC continues to build bridges, discover opportunities, and expand its circle of service.
Because People of Action don’t simply travel to see the world, they travel to connect, collaborate, and leave a lasting impact.
