RC Cebu Port Centre Holds Strategic Planning Meeting for Rotary Year 2025–2026

The Rotary Club of Cebu Port Centre held its Strategic Planning Meeting for the incoming Board of Directors for Rotary Year 2025–2026, led by President-Elect Walter Ong.

With the Rotary theme “Unite for Good” as its guiding light, the session brought together a dedicated team ready to chart a purposeful and united path forward.

Key agenda points included:

• Alignment with Rotary International and District 3860 Goals

• Setting our club direction through Visioning and SWOT Analysis

• Tackling real challenges on Membership Growth and Engagement

• Reviewing current efforts and crafting New Project Proposals under the Seven Areas of Focus

• Ensuring sustainability through a clear plan for Sources and Uses of Funds

• Early preparations for our Induction Ceremony and 41st Charter Anniversary
