RC Cebu Port Centre Holds General Membership Meeting Graced by Guests from RC Forbes Park

The General Membership Meeting at Juana Hall, Cebu Parklane International Hotel, is a powerful reminder of how Rotary continues to move as People of Action, united for a greater good.

We are honored by the presence of our distinguished guests from the Rotary Club of Forbes Park, headed by President Ronald Cillo, together with PP Anton Jacomina, PP Ed Escaño, and PP Beans Gonzales, who turned over their generous donation in support of our service projects. Their gesture reflects the true spirit of Rotary—clubs helping clubs so we can help more communities.

Our heartfelt gratitude also goes to Venetia & Family from Vancouver, Canada, whose donation was made possible through PP George Hong & Spouse Jojo. Their kindness reaches across oceans and reminds us that compassion knows no distance.

We also acknowledge NUTRV, represented by Yuuki Kita and Michelle Aparise, for their substantial support to our medical and calamity response initiatives. Their AVP tonight showed how their organization responds swiftly to disasters in Japan—an inspiring demonstration of preparedness, generosity, and genuine concern for those in need.

We are likewise uplifted by the report from IPP Kit Daleon that OWNDAYS, the Japanese optical retail brand, is once again partnering with RCCPC to provide free eye check-ups and eyeglasses to 500 beneficiaries this January 2026. This renewed collaboration shows how service-minded partnerships can create lasting impact.

The gathering affirms a simple truth: when Rotary members, partners, and communities unite with purpose, we become a force that brings hope, healing, and real change.

This is who we are—People of Action, united for good.
