Rotary Club of Cebu Port Centre, District 3860, Philippines formally entered into a Rotary Friendship Club Agreement with the Rotary Club of Daegu Eunhasu, District 3700, Korea.
Held at BAI Hotel, this partnership symbolizes the very heart of Rotary—people of action coming together across cultures, boundaries, and traditions to create lasting goodwill and greater service to humanity.

Through this Friendship Agreement, both clubs pledge to deepen bonds of friendship, foster cultural understanding, and collaborate in meaningful projects that uplift communities.
The club warmly acknowledges the Rotary Club of Daegu Eunhasu delegation headed by President Sung Ju Kim, together with District Governor Kwang-Yup Choo, and Rotarians Youn Jeong Hee and Bea, whose presence reflects their strong commitment to international fellowship.
Representing the Rotary Club of Cebu Port Centre is President Francis Walter Ong, joined by AG Antonio Tan, Jr., PAG Antonio Ynoc, Director Clark Byron Gothong, Treasurer Jerome Villordon, Director Marlon Pajulas, Director Robert Barquilla, and Director Michael Go—with the support of District 3860 Governor Angel “Jong” Fernandez.
The ceremony is more than a signing—it is a shared promise. A promise that as Rotarians, they will continue to live out Service Above Self, reaching beyond our local communities to build bridges of peace, partnership, and progress. As people of action, they choose not only to dream of a better world, but to work hand in hand—with their Korean counterparts—to make that world possible.
May this new friendship inspire joint initiatives, open opportunities for shared learning, and strengthen our collective mission to serve with purpose, compassion, and unity. Together, we create hope. Together, we create impact. Together, we serve.
