Planting today. Protecting tomorrow.

Guided by AG Antonio Tan, Jr. and Spouse Marz, the Rotary Club of Cebu Port Centre—true People of Action—came together in Cogon, City of Naga, Cebu to live out Service Above Self and Unite for Good.

In partnership with MM Tan Bookkeeping Services Corporation, and with the invaluable help of Rotarian Robert Barquilla in securing seedlings from the Agricultural Office, we planted hope in the ground and purpose in our hearts: 40 Passion Fruits, 10 Java Plums, 10 Star-apples, 20 Jackfruits, 20 Guavas, and 12 Coconuts.

This meaningful activity directly supports one of Rotary’s Areas of Focus—Protecting the Environment—because to plant trees is to rewrite the future.

We didn’t just plant fruit-bearing trees; we planted sustainability, stewardship, and a legacy of care for the generations to come.

Together, as Rotarians, we serve. Together, we protect. Together, we unite for good.
