Farewell is Not Goodbye

On behalf of the officers, members, and spouses of the Rotary Club of Cebu Port Centre, we gather not to say goodbye, but to say thank you, and until we meet again.

To our dear partners from Rotaplast International, your presence here in Cebu has been more than a mission, it has been a gift. Through your skilled hands, compassionate hearts, and selfless dedication, you have transformed lives, restored hope, and brought smiles that will last a lifetime. You did not just perform surgeries; you healed families and uplifted communities.

As you return home to the United States, please carry with you the deep gratitude of every child you touched, every parent you reassured, and every Rotarian who had the privilege to serve alongside you. The impact of what you have done will continue to ripple far beyond these days we shared.

Though we part ways for now, this is not the end of our journey together. The bonds we have built are strong, and the mission we share continues.

So today, we do not say goodbye, we say:

Safe travels, thank you from the bottom of our hearts, and we eagerly look forward to welcoming you back next year for the 22nd Rotaplast International Cebu Medical Mission.

Until then, may you continue to be instruments of healing and hope wherever you go.

With gratitude and friendship,

Rotary Club of Cebu Port Centre
