We had an insightful and meaningful session on the Review of Speech, Velopharyngeal Function, and Feeding Issues in Children with Cleft Palate, organized by Rotaplast International. Experts Dr. Marlene Salas-Provance, Dr. Maria Centeno-Vazquez, and Dr. Ivonne Maldonado De La Rosa shared their expertise on speech therapy, early intervention, surgical management, and prosthodontic care for children with cleft conditions.
Held at the Seventh Day Adventist Miller Hospital in Cebu, the session was attended by speech-language pathologists, healthcare providers, community members, and Rotarians—all committed to making a difference in the lives of children affected by cleft palate.
A heartfelt thank you to everyone who participated and to Rotaplast International for their dedication to saving smiles and changing lives. Together, we continue to uphold Service Above Self!
