A meaningful moment of service and fellowship was witnessed at the on-going 21st Rotaplast International Cebu Medical Mission 2026 held at Adventist Hospital Cebu last March 16, as 3860 District Governor Angel “Jong” Fernandez, Jr. led the visit alongside District Governor Shahul Hameed, represented by a distinguished delegation of Rotarians from District 3310.
Their presence, together with dedicated Rotarians from Singapore and Malaysia, reflects the true spirit of Rotary, where boundaries fade and compassion unites us in a shared mission to transform lives.
The Rotary Club of Cebu Port Centre, led by President Francis Walter Ong, warmly welcomed our honored guests. More than a visit, it was a powerful affirmation that when leaders and members come together with a common purpose, service becomes a bridge that connects nations and brings hope to those who need it most.
In this gathering of hearts and hands, we are reminded that Rotary is not just about projects, it is about people, partnerships, and the lasting impact we create together.
Welcome to Cebu, RFE Chair-District 3310 Jimmy Ooi (RC Singapore), PP Corinne Lau (RC Sentosa) - Singapore with daughter Lau Kai Tong Vaness, PP Lisa Ng Ai Kwan (RC eClub 3310) - Singapore, Rtn. Ng Jun Dong (RC Singapore) and PP Venugopal Chettiar Nadesan Chettiar (RC Pasir Gudang) - Malaysia.
