Day 1 of the Rotary International District 3860 DISCON 2026 at Nustar Cebu was a meaningful celebration of fellowship, leadership, and Rotary excellence.

Led by President Francis Walter Ong, the Rotary Club of Cebu Port Centre (RCCPC) once again came in full force and proudly received the Club Excellence Award for RY 2025-2026 and the RAGG Excellence Award (Gold Club) for outstanding growth, strong leadership, and commitment to building a high-impact Rotary Club.

RCCPC leaders also received district recognitions, including DGND/DRFC Chair Jensen Racho, AG Nestor Toledo, DFC Chair Antonio Tan Jr., DITO Jeffrey Philip Tan, and PAG Antonio Ynoc as Bronze Awardee for sponsoring 25 Rotary members.

The day ended with a joyful Welcome Party Fellowship and the “Rotarians Got Talent” competition, where great performances, good food, drinks, laughter, and camaraderie filled the ballroom.

A truly inspiring start to DISCON 2026 as Rotarians continue to Unite for Good through Service Above Self.
