An Evening of Purpose, Integrity, and Nation-Building

The General Membership Meeting and Club Learning Talk of the Rotary Club of Cebu Port Centre was truly inspiring as we were honored to learn from our distinguished speaker, Mr. Ronald Daniel Mascarinas, former CEO of Bounty Fresh / Chooks-to-Go.

With his talk, “Love for Country: Nation Building through Ethical Business and Service,” Mr. Mascarinas reminded us that nation-building does not start in government halls alone, it begins in the daily decisions we make as business leaders, professionals, and servants of the community. Ethical leadership, principled entrepreneurship, and genuine service are powerful expressions of patriotism.

His insights resonated deeply with us Rotarians, affirming that Service Above Self is not just a motto, but a way of loving our country, by doing what is right, even when no one is watching.
