Achieving Growth and Stability: 2026 IPO Forum (Cebu Run) successfully concluded its 3rd year, bringing together 28 business owners from Cebu, Bacolod, and Bohol who aspire to take their companies public through the Philippine Stock Exchange.
Organized by the Philippine Stock Exchange (PSE), Straton Management, and the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) Philippines, in partnership with the Rotary Club of Cebu Port Centre and Famcor, the forum provided invaluable insights into every stage of the IPO journey, from pre-IPO preparation and utilizing IPO proceeds for growth to sustaining long-term success as a publicly listed company.
Entrepreneurs engaged directly with a distinguished panel of IPO professionals, regulators, and industry experts, gaining practical knowledge on listing requirements, costs, timelines, corporate governance, and the opportunities that the capital markets offer. The participation of the academe further highlighted the value of learning from real-world practitioners.
More than an educational forum, the event served as a platform for empowering Philippine businesses to pursue sustainable growth, stronger governance, and long-term value creation through the capital markets.
