A New Rotary Year. A Renewed Commitment. A Lasting Impact.

The Rotary Club of Cebu Port Centre successfully held its 1st General Membership Meeting for Rotary Year 2026–2027, setting the tone for an exciting and purposeful year under the leadership of our President, Segismundo “Jun” Exaltacion, Jr.

President Jun shared the outcomes of the Board of Directors’ Strategic Planning Session, presenting a clear roadmap of the club’s goals, priority projects, and meaningful activities that will guide RCCPC throughout the year.

A major focus of the new leadership is the strengthening of our membership, recognizing that the true strength of Rotary lies in committed Rotarians who faithfully uphold their responsibilities through active participation, regular attendance, timely payment of membership dues, and wholehearted engagement in service. Together, these commitments build a stronger club that is better equipped to serve our communities.

The meeting also underscored the importance of carefully vetting prospective members and ensuring the proper classification of every new Rotarian, preserving the diversity, integrity, and professionalism that define our club. Preparations are likewise underway for the much-anticipated District Governor’s Official Club Visit this October, a milestone that will showcase our club’s commitment to Rotary’s ideals.

The evening concluded with warm fellowship, where members strengthened friendships, shared ideas, and renewed the bonds that make Rotary more than an organization, it is a family united by a common purpose.
