A Historic Morning of Partnership and Purpose

At the New World Hotel, Manila, a meaningful milestone was forged as the Rotary Club of Cebu Port Centre (RCCPC) and the Rotary Club of Forbes Park formally sealed their Sisterhood Agreement, a partnership grounded in Service Above Self and the shared calling of being People of Action.

Leading RCCPC was President Francis Walter Ong, together with PAG & District 3860 Finance Committee Chair Antonio Tan, Jr., and Directors Robert Barquilla, Daryll Abay-abay, and Jason Celestino. Leading RC Forbes Park was President Ronald Cillo, whose leadership reflects the same spirit of commitment and collaboration.

This agreement is more than signatures on paper, it is a pledge to walk together in service, to combine strengths, and to create greater impact in the communities we serve.

Today reminds us that when Rotary clubs unite across cities and districts, the magic of Rotary is multiplied, friendships are strengthened, and service knows no boundaries.
