The spirit of fellowship and shared wisdom once again filled the room as the Rotary Club of San Fernando La Union (RCSFLU) held its Regular Meeting featuring the much-anticipated “Past Presidents’ Time – 2nd Edition” on October 14, 2025. This unique segment, now becoming a beloved club tradition, brought together three pillars of RCSFLU leadership—Past Presidents Ferdinand, Tim, and Jerome—who shared their insights, stories, and experiences from their years of service and leadership.
The evening was more than a meeting; it was a journey through Rotary’s rich legacy of service. Each Past President reflected on the values that shaped their term—commitment, compassion, and teamwork—reminding everyone that every Rotarian plays a vital role in sustaining the club’s enduring impact. Through shared laughter and reflection, members deepened their sense of purpose and unity.
The session also supported Rotary’s Areas of Focus on Peacebuilding and Conflict Prevention, as it strengthened harmony and understanding within the club, and Basic Education and Literacy, through the passing on of institutional knowledge and leadership lessons. It further reflected Community Economic Development, as seasoned leaders encouraged continued involvement in initiatives that empower communities across La Union.
RCSFLU continues to uphold traditions that not only celebrate its past but inspire the future.
The “Past Presidents’ Time” serves as a living bridge—linking generations of Rotarians who share one mission: to serve above self, with wisdom lighting the way forward.
