WATER FOR TOMORROW: Rotary Club of Rizal Centro Completes PATUBIG SA APIA 2.0 In Antipolo

On April 13, 2026, the Rotary Club of Rizal Centro marked a meaningful milestone with the successful completion of PATUBIG SA APIA 2.0, a project rooted in continuity, compassion, and community transformation.

Held in Sitio Apia, Calawis, Antipolo City, this initiative stands as a legacy of leadership—championed by Good President Jerome Carpio and carried forward from the vision of HCP Rogelio Felix Jr.. What was once a community that carefully rationed every drop of water is now home to a school equipped with a sustainable and reliable water source.

PATUBIG SA APIA 2.0 delivered critical improvements that directly impact both daily life and long-term well-being. The project included the installation of a 3,000-liter water tank, the reactivation of a handwashing facility, and the implementation of a 3-stage water filtration system—ensuring consistent access to clean, safe, and drinkable water for students and residents alike.

More than just infrastructure, the initiative represents something deeper: restored dignity, improved health, and renewed hope for every child in the community. With access to proper sanitation and clean water, students are better equipped to thrive in a healthier and more conducive learning environment.

This achievement would not have been possible without the unwavering support of key partners and sponsors. The club extends its heartfelt gratitude to the Grand Monaco Foundation, Dynalab Corporation, and Tact Home Philippines. Appreciation is also given to RCC Sitio Apia Calawis and Apia Integrated School for their collaboration and shared

commitment to community development.

PATUBIG SA APIA 2.0 is a testament to what sustained service can achieve—proving that when service continues, impact grows.

This is service that continues.

This is Rotary in action.
