He also shared his dream for the district where every Rotarian feels they truly belong, where every club is respected regardless of its size, where leaders live for daily, where clubs are trusted to lead and empowered to serve in the ways that best respond to the needs of their communities, and where clubs are trusted with the freedom to serve, to innovate, to be empowered to serve in the ways that best respond to the unique needs of their communities.
Dy known for his dedication, visionary leadership, and unwavering commitment to “Service Above Self” also vowed to strengthen all clubs in the district, to welcome new members, to support the Rotary Foundation, expand their service, embrace innovation, and to continue creating lasting impact.
“I want District 3790 to be known as a district that encourages one another, that celebrates every success, that believes every Rotarian has something valuable to contribute,” he added.
He also urged all clubs in the district covering Cordillera, Ilocos Norte, Ilocos Sur, La Union, Pangasinan, Zambales, Tarlac, Pampanga, and Bataan to shine and become beacon of hope for every community they serve.
“The sky is vast. There is room for every star. So let your light shine. Help others discover theirs. And together, let us fill the sky with hope. Let us become full of stars,” he said.
