Rotary Clubs of Metro Kalibo and Pasay Southeast Renew Sisterhood Agreement to Drive Cross-District Impact

Demonstrating the enduring power of inter-district partnership, the Rotary Club of Metro Kalibo (District 3850) and the Rotary Club of Pasay Southeast (District 3810) officially reaffirmed their Sister Club Agreement on July 31, 2026. The signing ceremony marked a significant milestone in their joint mission to expand community outreach, foster cross-district fellowship, and deepen regional goodwill.

The renewal was formalized through the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU). Representing RC Metro Kalibo President Leo Franklin Magno, Immediate Past President Nora Helber executed the agreement alongside RC Pasay Southeast President Rayner Lorenzo. District 3810 Governor Bing Carrion, served as an official witness to the signing.

​The MOU signing coincided with a landmark event for the Rotary Club of Pasay Southeast, which celebrated its 18th Charter Anniversary together with its 19th Handover and Induction Ceremonies. 

"As we turn another page in our journey together, we remain dedicated to bridging distances, fostering lasting bonds, and creating lasting impact through collaborative service."

​Sister club relationships within Rotary International serve as vital conduits for collaborative service, allowing clubs from different geographical regions to pool resources, exchange best practices, and execute larger-scale humanitarian projects.
