Rotary Clubs of Central Tarlac and Angeles Kuliat Support DSWD Livelihood Program Through “Golden Ducks” Initiative

On March 11, 2026, the Rotary Club of Central Tarlac and the Rotary Club of Angeles Kuliat joined forces in support of the DSWD Tarlac Lingap Center’s livelihood initiative titled “Golden Ducks: Duck Raising for Sustainable Livelihood,” through the provision of ducklings and feeds. The activity aimed to strengthen sustainable livelihood opportunities for center residents, providing them with practical resources to begin a long-term income-generating project.

Anchored on Rotary’s theme “Unite for Good,” the initiative highlights the power of collaboration between clubs in creating meaningful and lasting community impact. By working together, Rotarians continue to empower DSWD residents toward self-reliance, while fostering dignity, hope, and a more secure future through sustainable livelihood programs.
