Senior citizens at the Little Sisters of the Abandoned Elderly were treated to an afternoon of laughter and entertainment as the Rotary Club of Eisenhower, Rotary E-Club of San Juan, and Rotary Club of San Juan North joined forces with San Juan National High School’s Interact Clubs for a special outreach program held on February 11, 2026.
The activity featured lively music performances, dancing, and a fun round of bingo, creating a warm and cheerful atmosphere for the elderly residents. Rotary members and Interact volunteers also spent time engaging with the seniors, making the event not only entertaining but also personally meaningful.
The Interact Clubs, composed of high school students, serve as Rotary’s youth service arm where young leaders are guided in developing teamwork, leadership, and community service values. Each Interact Club is partnered with a Rotary Club, allowing students to work closely with adult mentors through service projects that directly benefit the community.
The outreach reflects the shared commitment of the participating Rotary Clubs and youth partners to promote compassion, community connection, and service for the elderly sector.
