Rotary Club of Tagum North and UM Tagum Empower Young Readers Through Literacy Seminar

In a continued effort to champion literacy and empower young minds, the Rotary Club of Tagum North, in partnership with the University of Mindanao – Tagum College (UMTC) Department of Basic Education and Liboganon Integrated School, successfully conducted the Reading Literacy Seminar titled: "Empowering Readers: Strengthening Reading Literacy Through Effective Intervention Program ABNKKBSNPLAko?: Alleviating Reading Struggling Learner's Monthly Program." The event was held on August 27, 2025, and was attended by key community leaders and education advocates, including Governor's Monthly Letter (GML) Editor Arnold M. Nicolas, President Elect Robyn Niño R. Pereyras, and 15 Interactors from the Interact Club of Tagum North – UM Tagum Junior and Senior High School Chapters.
