Rotary Club of Baguio Highlands Advances Dalican Water System Project

Progress continues for the Dalican Water System

Project as the team, led by Kapitan and local workers, has begun the babakal or rebar works for the cistern structure. Despite a busy week for everyone involved, the group remains committed to completing each phase with diligence and teamwork. Kapitan has also shared that he will provide updates through photos and videos as construction moves forward.

In the coming days, concreting of the cistern will proceed, marking another significant step toward the project's completion. The Rotary Club of Baguio Highlands team is hopeful that by November, their planned visit will coincide with the final phase of Implementation Stage I— the pouring of the top cover — symbolizing both progress and the nearing realization of the community’s dream for a sustainable water source.
