Rotarians from Northwest and Central Luzon set to converge in Baguio City for The Vibrant Club Seminar 2026

Rotarians from eleven provinces in Northwest and Central Luzon under Rotary International District 3790 are set to converge in Baguio City for the Vibrant Club Seminar 2026 at Hotel Supreme Convention Plaza, Baguio City.

Hosted by the mother club in the city the Rotary Club of Baguio, the two-day seminar on October 9 & 10, 2026 will tackle three important pillars of Rotary which are Membership, the Rotary Foundation & Public Image that drive Rotary clubs and districts worldwide.

Rotary International District 3790 Cluster 1C Assistant Governor Chris Fernando Faelnar said they are hoping for more than 600 Rotarians & Rotaractors from the 100 total clubs to attend the said event.

“So, for Rotarians, this is a great seminar to attend because this is Three in One Seminar for only two days. I hope for club’s maximum participation in Baguio and La Trinidad since dito lang naman sa Baguio ang Seminar” Faelnar said.

As of this time, at least 590 have already registered coming from Ilocos Norte, Ilocos Sur, Abra, La Union, Benguet, Pangasinan, Tarlac, Zambales, Pampanga, and Bataan.

The event is also expected to help boost the tourism industry in Baguio City which experienced a decrease in tourist arrivals in August 2026 due to inclement weather brought by the Southwest Monsoon or Habagat which continues to affect the city and other parts of Luzon these past two weeks of September.

“This will definitely boost tourism in Baguio specially if the Rotarians who will be attending from outside Baguio will be bringing their families with them and will contribute to the economic activity for the city,” Faelnar added.

District 3790 Governor Ronald Dy and officers of the district are expected to attend the event following the theme “Create Lasting Impact.”
