Rotaracts of ASEANA Change Makers Share Love at Destiny’s Promise Orphanage

In the true spirit of Rotary service, the Rotaracts of ASEANA Change Makers recently spent a heartwarming day with the children of Destiny’s Promise Orphanage, turning ordinary moments into lasting memories.

Over shared smiles and a simple lunch, the Rotaractors were reminded that the greatest joy often comes from giving back. The visit was made even more meaningful with the turnover of 30 tumblers and a cash donation, generously supported by their mother club, the Rotary Club of ASEANA Manila.

For the children, it was a day of laughter, warmth, and connection. For the Rotaractors, it was a reaffirmation of their mission — to serve with compassion and to be present in the lives of others, even in small but significant ways.

As President Alessandra Mesina Santos expressed, “It was a beautiful day of connection, kindness, and purpose — and we are truly honored to be part of the children’s journey, even in small ways.”

This activity stands as a testament to Rotary’s belief that when we put service above self, we not only change lives but also nurture hope for a brighter tomorrow.
