The Rotary Club of Aseana Manila has proudly signed a Memorandum of Agreement with the Annual Million Trees Foundation, officially becoming one of its major partners in an urgent and wide-reaching reforestation movement.
But this is more than just planting trees.
It is about restoring our forests, reviving our watersheds, and building lasting climate resilience for our communities and our nation.
In partnership with the Rotary Club of Bagumbayan, Rotary Club of Manila Villamor, and Past Presidents from various Rotary Clubs and Districts, we are harnessing the full strength of Rotary to protect the ecosystems that sustain life—our forests, watersheds, air, and biodiversity.
Rotary recognizes that healthy forests and thriving watersheds are not optional—they are essential. They safeguard us from floods, droughts, and the worsening threats of climate change. Protecting them is protecting our people, our future, and God’s creation entrusted to us.
This is Rotary in Action—united, fearless, and relentless in service to humanity and in defense of our planet.
To plant a tree is to plant hope.
To restore a watershed is to give life.
To act now is to protect generations to come.
Together, we plant. We protect. We persevere.
Rotary: People of Action, Protecting the Environment.
