Rotary Club of Aseana Manila, in Partnership Talks with BuCor for Nationwide Livelihood Program
Under the leadership of UCP Sheryll Ann Mesina, the Rotary Club of Aseana Manila is actively pursuing a partnership with the Bureau of Corrections (BuCor), led by Director General Gregorio Pio P. Catapang Jr., to implement a Sustainable Livelihood Program for more than 55,000 Persons Deprived of Liberty (PDLs) across the country.
This groundbreaking initiative envisions vocational and livelihood training, sustainable income-generating projects, and meaningful opportunities that promote reformation, dignity, and reintegration into society.
By transforming BuCor facilities into centers of rehabilitation and productivity, this collaboration embodies Rotary’s commitment to restorative justice, fairness, and service above self.
