Reflections on Service and Gratitude

In her message of thanksgiving, UCP Sam Mesina shared that Rotary has given her a deeper sense of purpose—one that brings meaning to each day. Completing 75 projects and activities within a span of four months stands as a testament to her commitment, which she attributes entirely to God’s grace.

As she begins another year of life, UCP Sam expressed her desire to offer all her achievements and future endeavors back to the Lord, praying that His will continues to guide her actions. She conveyed her gratitude for the gift of extended life, for the time she is still given to spend with her family, employees, friends, Rotary family, and the community she now serves.

With humility and faith, she reaffirmed her pledge:

“For the rest of the time God blesses me with, I will continue to serve with gratitude and sincerity.
