RC San Fernando La Union supports Blood Donation Drive at LUCC

A successful blood donation drive was conducted at the La Union Convention Center (LUCC) through the collaboration of the UAP-La Union Chapter, the Inner Wheel Club of San Fernando La Union, and the Philippine Red Cross - La Union Chapter last April 26, 2025.

The Rotary Club of San Fernando La Union (RCSFLU) actively supported the event by providing water and hot meals to all blood donors, helping ensure their comfort and speedy recovery after their generous contributions.

The blood donation drive drew a strong turnout of volunteers from various sectors, reflecting the community’s spirit of compassion and solidarity.

Each blood donation collected will go a long way toward saving lives, providing vital support to hospitals and patients in critical need. The event also raised awareness about the importance of regular blood donation as a simple yet powerful way for individuals to make a lasting impact on the health and well-being of others.

Organizers expressed their heartfelt gratitude to all volunteers and donors who participated in this life-saving endeavor and look forward to holding more activities that promote community service and humanitarian efforts.
