On July 19, 2026, the Rotary Club of QC MediaTech (D3780) and the Rotary Club of Metro Kalibo (D3850) officially reaffirmed their collaborative alliance with the signing of a renewed Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) during a ceremony held in Quezon City.
The MOU was signed by President Fellie Castillo on behalf of the Rotary Club of QC MediaTech, and by Past President (PP) Megs Lunn, Club Mentor and Trainor, representing President Leo Franklin Magno on behalf of the Rotary Club of Metro Kalibo.
This renewed agreement formalizes a shared commitment between the two clubs to foster cross-district goodwill, deepen inter-club relations, and combine resources for joint community development initiatives.
In the past, the two clubs have collaborative efforts on impactful initiatives, like "CyberTeach" dedicated to enhancing digital literacy and bridging the digital divide in local communities; Rotary Project Walk, and community service in response to humanitarian activities tailored to underserved populations, to name a few.
This memorandum unites our clubs in a shared commitment to foster goodwill, promote brotherly understanding, and engage in joint community development projects. Both parties look forward to a lasting, highly impactful partnership that continues to serve our communities.
The signing event was witnessed by Charter President Meric Mara, alongside Club Directors Sophia Mara and Gina Cappal.
