It was a joyful evening filled with fellowship, celebration, and dancing alongside our fellow

Rotarians, creating memories that truly reflect the spirit of Rotary. We were also deeply honored to receive a special token from the Rotary Club of Vigan, a meaningful symbol of our cherished sister club partnership.

Congratulations to President Mendel Billebedo, the newly inducted officers, and the new

members. Wishing you a Rotary year filled with meaningful service, strong fellowship, and

lasting impact.
