RC Metro Kalibo leads Peacebuilding efforts

Protecting rights, preventing conflict

Rotary Club of Metro Kalibo (D3850) with strategic partner in peacebuilding, RLB & Associates Kalibo, successfully served over 85 participants, delivering free legal services for peacebuilding, and free blood typing, handwashing demonstrations and soap distributions for disease prevention. 

Huge congratulations to other Project ALAC Founding president, Atty. Roni Barrios, also the club's legal adviser, and to her dedicated Project Lead, Ms. Baihanna and RLB Legal Secretary Ms. Claricia Magno. 

Kudos to Rotarian Ace Phil Feliciano for representing our club so well. 

Thank you to Barangay Capt. Soreyna R. Itulid Brgy. Daja Norte, Banga, Aklan for hosting the event, to our WASH Strategic partners, Soap Cycling Philippines and Philippine Red Cross Aklan, to PAMET Aklan, Kalibo Diwang Diplomatiko Corps, and other invaluable partners and volunteers for making this impactful event a success! 

We are grateful to this crucial partnership as we continue to provide free legal aid and awareness education, turning conflict into resolution and uncertainty into security. This is Rotary Peacebuilding in action.
