RC Mabalacat Advances Global Grant HomeCare Management Program with Continued Training Success and International Partnership

The Rotary Club of Mabalacat proudly continues the implementation of its Global Grant project, the HomeCare Management Training Program, in partnership with the Rotary Club of Masan Gagopa, District 3722, South Korea. This initiative reflects a strong international collaboration dedicated to education, skills development, and community empowerment.

To date, the program has successfully completed six batches of trainees, providing meaningful opportunities for indigent mothers, young adults, and unemployed individuals from nearby communities. The training equips beneficiaries with essential skills in home care and healthcare support services, opening pathways to alternative and sustainable livelihood opportunities in the growing care industry.

The sessions are facilitated by Rotarian Marilyn Arcilla of Mabalacat City College, a valued partner in service, whose expertise ensures the quality and relevance of the training. The program continues to uphold high standards in preparing participants for potential employment in healthcare and home care services.

Recently, Past President Julie and Director Celia attended one of the training sessions to observe and participate in the lecture, demonstrating the active involvement of Rotary leaders in the project’s implementation and continued success.

This initiative stands as a testament to Rotary’s commitment to education and community development through meaningful partnerships. By bridging local needs with international collaboration, the HomeCare Management Program continues to create life-changing opportunities and empower individuals to build more stable and dignified futures in the healthcare sector.
