The Rotary Club of Cebu Port Centre (RCCPC) was ably represented at the District 3860 Area 1 Coordination Meeting by Assistant Governor Nestor Toledo, Vice-President Ludwig Amandoron, and Assistant Secretary Edwin Jardin.

The session, held under the leadership of District Governor Jong Fernandez, served as a strategic platform to align club goals and direction across the area. A key highlight was the update reporting from the different Assistant Governors under DG Jong’s jurisdiction, covering membership, TRF goals, financial status, and upcoming initiatives.
Important directions moving forward include:
Chartering of new Rotaract and Interact Clubs, whether school-based or community-based
Reinvigorating the PHYLA (Paing Hechanova Youth Leadership Award)—launched in 2023—to engage young leaders, both from Rotaract and outside the Rotary circle
Sponsoring new satellite clubs to broaden Rotary’s reach and impact
Observing August as Membership and New Club Development Month, with renewed focus on growth and sustainability
In alignment with DG Jong Fernandez’s inspiring call to be “Gamechangers”, we are reminded to lead with purpose, innovate with passion, and unite for a greater cause.
Together, let us Unite for Good—creating meaningful change and lasting impact in our communities through Rotary.
