A strong alliance between climate stakeholders from government agencies, the private sector, and civil society continues to gain momentum in advancing urban greening and carbon recovery initiatives across the Philippines.
The Carbon Recoveries Awards serves as a platform to honor sustainability champions who lead in tree planting, carbon reduction, and green innovation, fostering a shared vision of a more climate-resilient nation.

Among the honorees is the Million Tree Foundation, recognized for its steadfast dedication to environmental restoration and sustainable growth. Their unwavering commitment continues to inspire meaningful action and contribute to building a greener, cleaner, and more sustainable Philippines for future generations.
The Rotary Club of Aseana Manila, under the leadership of UCP Sheryll Ann Mesina, proudly supports this initiative as part of its ongoing commitment to environmental stewardship and climate action, embodying the Rotary spirit of Service Above Self.
