The Rotary Club of San Fernando (LU) proudly hosted the Presidents-Elect and Secretaries-Elect Learning Seminar (PESELS) on May 2 at Aureo Resort, bringing together incoming Rotary leaders in preparation for Rotary Year 2026–2027. The event marked a significant milestone in leadership development, aligning with the theme “Lighting the Way for Service.”
The seminar gathered presidents-elect and secretaries-elect from various clubs across District 3790 and District 3810, equipping them with the tools, knowledge, and mindset necessary to effectively lead their respective organizations. Through a series of sessions and collaborative discussions, participants gained valuable insights into leadership, governance, and service planning.
Anchored on the presidential message “Create Lasting Impact,” PESELS emphasized the importance of sustainability and purpose-driven initiatives. Speakers and facilitators encouraged participants to move beyond routine projects and instead focus on programs that bring long-term benefits to communities.
As host club, RCSFLU demonstrated excellence in organization and hospitality, fostering an environment conducive to learning and collaboration. The event also strengthened fellowship among Rotarians, building connections that will support future partnerships and initiatives. PESELS 2026 ultimately served as a beacon for incoming leaders, inspiring them to lead with vision, integrity, and a deep commitment to service above self.
