Hope Beyond Addiction, From Brokenness to New Beginnings

As an NGO partner of Barangay Kalumpang, Marikina City, the Rotary Club of Marikina South has consistently extended its support for existing continuing community-based drug rehabilitation programs. The goal of the club in joining these programs is for the restoration, and not condemnation, of drug users.

Accordingly, the club ensures that the aims of these programs include providing for emotional and psychological support, skills training, and the development of a strong spiritual and moral foundation to help individuals who are former drug users rebuild their lives.

Among the activities of the program which the club fully participated in was the regular random drug testing done on February 18, 2026.
