Growing Rotary, Building Leaders, Creating a Legacy

A dynamic, active, and strong Rotary Club doesn’t happen by accident. It is built by Rotarians who continuously bring in young, passionate, active, and leadership-minded people who can carry the spirit of service forward.

In RCCPC, we have that Rotarian, his name is PAG Antonio “Tony” Ynoc.

As our former Club Membership Chair, PAG Tony has consistently opened the doors of Rotary to people who have the heart to serve and the potential to lead. During DISCON 2025, he was recognized as a member of the prestigious Rotary International Membership Society – Bronze Level for personally sponsoring 25 new members into Rotary.

And he hasn’t stopped.

Just recently, Tony received an email from no less than RI President 2026–2027 Yinka H. Babalola, personally recognizing his continued effort in bringing another new member into Rotary.

What makes this even more inspiring is that his son, Director Mark Anthony Ynoc, has now taken the torch as our Club Membership Chair. What Tony started, his son continues, a beautiful example of how service, leadership, and commitment can become a family legacy.

This is what Creating Lasting Impact looks like.

This is what People of Action are all about.

Thank you, PAG Tony, for continuously growing our Rotary family and for believing that every new member is not just another name in the roster, but another heart, hand, and leader ready to serve.

Your legacy is not only in the 25+ members you brought into Rotary, it lives on in the people they will inspire and the lives they will touch.
