Empowering Communities: RC San Fernando La Union Supports RCC Namtutan Through Livelihood Initiatives

Continuing its commitment to community empowerment, RCSFLU conducted a loan release activity for RCC Namtutan on May 3, supporting members in their livelihood initiatives. The activity reflects the club’s ongoing efforts to promote economic sustainability at the grassroots level.
