Heartfelt congratulations to District Governor Maria Rosa Nieva “Bing” Carrion of Rotary International District 3810 on your induction, and warm congratulations to our Impact Creating President (ICP), Allyson Santos, a law student from the Rotary Club of Aseana Manila, together with all the newly inducted Impact Creating Presidents and Club Officers of Rotary International District 3810.
