Rotary Club of Dela Paz Marcos High Formalizes MOA with PCCI Antipolo City
On April 16, 2026, the Rotary Club of Dela Paz Marcos High marked a significant milestone in its continuing journey of service and community development - the formal signing of a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) with the Philippine Chamber of Commerce and Industry (PCCI) – Antipolo City Chapter, held during the PCCI Antipolo City 1st Quarter General Membership Meeting at the prestigious Jamesville Resort, Antipolo City.
This MOA signing is not merely a formality. It is the official recognition of a partnership that has been quietly but powerfully shaping Antipolo City since 2018. For nearly a decade, both organizations have stood shoulder to shoulder in causes that matter: from tree planting initiatives that breathe life back into the environment, to business development seminars that empower local entrepreneurs, mental health awareness programs that break stigma and build resilience, and calamity response operations that bring immediate relief to the most vulnerable members of the community.

The event was graced by a distinguished assembly of witnesses and guests. A testament to the weight and significance of this renewed commitment. Among those present were Rotary International District 3800 Good Governor Gina Sanchez, representatives from PCCI South Luzon, PCCI Region 4A, PCCI Taytay, PCCI Rizal, and fellow chamber partners from Pililla, Binangonan, Baras, Cardona, and Morong. The occasion was further honored by the presence of DTI CALABARZON, DTI Region 4A, Antipolo Star, and the Antipolo City Government - underscoring the broad institutional support behind this collaboration.
A highlight of the program was the keynote address by Good District Governor Gina Sanchez, whose words resonated deeply with the spirit of Rotary's mission. Her message was a call to purposeful action, reminding every Rotarian and chamber officer in the room that true service is not transactional, but transformational. Her speech reinforced the very reason this partnership exists: to serve with excellence, with integrity, and with lasting impact.
What makes this collaboration uniquely powerful is the bridge it builds between business and service. Many of the executive officers of PCCI Antipolo City are themselves officers of the Rotary Club of Dela Paz Marcos High. A convergence of roles that eliminates silos and multiplies impact. When commerce and conscience align, communities grow stronger.
As this MOA takes effect, both organizations look forward to an expanded program of activities under their shared advocacies, deeper environmental stewardship, more inclusive livelihood and business training, sustained mental wellness initiatives, and a more coordinated disaster preparedness and response framework for the communities of Antipolo City and beyond.
