Unite For Good in Action: RC Marikina North Renews Partnership With World Vision!

The Rotary Club of Marikina North (RCMN) and World Vision Development Foundation (WVDF) formalized their continued partnership through the signing of a three-year Memorandum of Agreement (MoA) on 07 February 2026 at the latter's head office.
Representing Rotary were District 3800 Public Image Chair Rey Pineda, who shared an overview of Rotary’s mission; RCMN President Mark Macallan, who reaffirmed the club’s commitment to sustained service; Secretary/President-Elect Chemai Macallan, who emphasized continuity and long-term collaboration, and IPP Winnie Yumul of RC Wack Wack. WVDF was represented Dr. Harvey Carpio, National Director, Jun Godornes, Director for National Resource Development, El Joy Beneza, Major Engagement Donor Specialist, and Tin Penaojas, Donor Care Specialist.
Key highlights included the signing of the three-year MoA, RCMN’s commitment to sponsor the education of five (5) girls from Malabon over the next three years, and the handover of a check amounting to Php54,000.00, representing the first year of RCMN’s sponsorship commitment. The event also strengthened the partnership between the two organizations and opened opportunities for future collaborative service projects.
