UCP Sheryll Ann Mesina Attends the National Day Celebration of the State of Qatar

The Rotary Club of Aseana Manila extends its warmest congratulations to His Excellency Ambassador Ahmed bin Saad Al-Homidi of the State of Qatar on the occasion of Qatar’s National Day celebration held at the Shangri-La Fort Ballroom.

Club President UCP Sheryll Ann Mesina was honored to be personally invited to the event and expressed deep gratitude for His Excellency’s gracious gesture of holding the Rotary banner during their photo opportunity—symbolizing mutual respect and shared commitment to humanitarian service.

His Excellency Ambassador Al-Homidi has been widely recognized for his exemplary contributions to humanitarian and environmental initiatives, including the 2024 Philippine Red Cross Award. Notably, both His Excellency and President Mesina were previously honored during the 80th Anniversary Celebration of the United Nations Association of the Philippines (UNAP).

They were also jointly recognized as Climate Heroes Awardees by the Climate Change Commission—underscoring their aligned advocacy for community development, environmental protection, and global cooperation.

As President of the Rotary Club of Aseana Manila, UCP Sheryll Ann Mesina looks forward to future opportunities for humanitarian collaboration with His Excellency, with shared aspirations to uplift communities, protect the environment, and advance meaningful impact across borders.
