Hope came alive at the 20th Rotaplast International Cebu Medical Mission held at Cebu Adventist Hospital, where skilled hands and compassionate hearts came together to transform lives—one smile at a time.

These brave children, born with cleft lips and palates, are the true heroes of this mission. Through the collaborative efforts of Rotaplast International, Rotary Club of Cebu Port Centre, dedicated medical volunteers, and the grace of God, these young ones were gifted not just with surgery, but with renewed confidence, restored dignity, and a brighter future.

Every before-and-after photo tells a powerful story of healing, hope, and the Magic of Rotary—where Service Above Self turns into life-changing miracles.
