Rotary Clubs Gift Toolkits to New EIM Skilled Workers
In support to economic community development and international service, graduates of the Northwestern Training Institute TESDA Electrical Installation and Maintenance (EIM) NC II mobile course celebrated their graduation on September 2, 2026 at Tambuan Barangay Hall, Tambuan, Malinao, Aklan.
Through an international sister club collaboration with the Rotary Club of Jefferson (D6250) Wisconsin, USA, 25 complete toolkits were distributed to the deserving graduates to help kickstart their professional careers.
The graduation program featured key opening addresses and inspirational messages from, RC Metro Kalibo president Leo Franklin Magno, Mr. Joven I. Iledan (SP - 1, School Head) Tambuan Elementary School, Guest Speaker Dr. Jonathan E. Togonon (TESDA Provincial Director), and Mr. Jim I. Regno (SP-III, Principal In charge of the District).
The highlight of the event was the Awarding of Certificates of Attendance and Toolkits, led by TESDA Aklan, DepEd Aklan, Northwestern Training Institute, and strategic partners.
The ceremony concluded with warm closing remarks from Club Trainor/Director PP Megs S. Lunn, who encouraged the graduates to carry their skills forward with integrity and dedication.
