Rotary Club of Central Tarlac Revives New Generations Week Through Youth City Officials Radio Program

On September 16, 2025, from 8:00 AM to 9:00 AM, the Rotary Club of Central Tarlac participated in a live radio broadcast together with the Youth City Officials, highlighting its continued commitment to youth empowerment and leadership development. The program emphasized Rotary’s active role in shaping future leaders through meaningful initiatives that provide real-world learning experiences and civic engagement opportunities.

A key highlight of the discussion was the revival of the New Generations Week Project, which returned this year after nearly seven years of hiatus. Through its comeback, the program is set to immerse selected Grade 10 students in the actual functions and responsibilities of City Officials for one week, allowing them to gain firsthand experience in governance and public service. The initiative reinforces Rotary’s mission of empowering the youth and strengthening community leadership for the future.
